Can't I get magnesium from my diet?

Is it possible to take too much magnesium?

Taking too much magnesium is possible however your body will use what it needs and eliminate any excess. How it all started

Shawn lives in Ottawa, Ontario Canada, is married to his wife of sixteen years, and has two children. Shawn struggled with restless sleep and restless legs for years.
