Question about snoring solutions. I saw a video with a procedure in which the Dr. basically took a needle?

and used it to insert a very small and thin piece of steel or metal (about an inch long maybe, sort of like a needle) into the soft palate of the mouth. It stabilizes the soft palate or stiffens it just a bit to eliminate the vibration that causes snoring.
Can’t remember the name of the procedure. Anyone know what I’m talking about? I want to look into it more but don’t know how to find the info again.

when was the law about no snoring unless all windows are shut in massachusetts passed?
apparently there’s a law that states: “snoring is prohibited unless all bedroom windows are securely locked and closed”. i was hoping someone could tell me when this law was passed because i am a terrible googler… thankkkss
