Diet will also have a say in treating the sleeping disorder. If you cut on sweets and caffeine, then you do your body a favor. Caffeine has a dramatic effect on the person as this can cause insomnia and restlessness. Cut on this and expect a more peaceful sleep without the usual side effects.
